this hotel needs a total renovation. Room and hallway carpets need replacing an tiles on shower floor also need to be replaced.

Terrible smell in the hallway on 4th floor, one man we met was asking to be moved.

Hotel was filthy. Stains on carpets in hallway and in hotel room. I was not pleased at all.

I really enjoyed staying there. Its right across the st from the casino and within walking distance from the falls.

location worked out to be good was close by the casino where we could walk across a bridge and that was it

very few signs directing you to the places in the lobby level.

I liked the fact that I didn't have to check out til noon; I liked the people; and I liked the proximity to the casino.

Thin walls, ice near the rooms 24/7-noisy.

Lobby and Hotel Room were very receptive..location to Falls Us and Canada and border crossings extremely convenient..not much else in the immediate area..

3rd. floor,where our room located,was not clean,had not been vacuumed when we arrived late AM and had not been vacuumed as we left 2 days later..litter/garbage that had been thrown on that floor & table across from elevator had not been picked up while we were there.....Upon returning to our room after 4 PM,our room had not been cleaned,so asked staff cleaning other room for fresh supplies and made our beds and washed glasses ourselves..This was not the staff's vault as they were very accommodative and willing to help while obviously under a very stressful schedule..Not enough staffing obviously for that day????

The hotel was beautiful and very clean - staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only bad thing about the stay was that you have to pay $5 a day for parking on the premises.

Location great, short stroll to the falls and Seneca casino

No fridge as standard in room. Fridge that was provided on request looked battered and door could not open properly. Surprised that Carpark was chargeable separately. Most hotels in this area offer free parking for guests.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and friendly. I also liked the location of the hotel and the fact that they have a later check out time.

Check in took a little longer than we expected.

The Crowne at Niagara Falls, NY was comfortable and well-situated. Most of the staff was polite and helpful. However, at check-out early in the morning, the "asst. hotel manager" was inexperienced and unprofessional. His rudeness at the reception desk was not characteristic of the customer service provided world-wide by the Crowne Plaza Hotel staff. I wish the hotel would look into providing this particular person training on the company policies. Rest was great!

Housekeeping was trying to be very helpfull .. Other than that front desk horrible service

I called to advise that I was arriving to make sure I had 2 rooms that I had booked, I was told that they could not give me 2 queen beds because when u book through a 3rd party you get the left overs of whatever is available!! And they only had King beds and I had no choice. If I would have know that I would have not booked through a 3rd party and would have gone to the Seneca which is a better hotel. The person that answered my call was not professional and very nasty of to what my options where!! Which were none.

I requested a nonsmoking room. They gave me a smoking room and said there were no other rooms available. They did not tell me that when I made my reservation - after driving 13 hours I didn't feel like I had a choice. I complained. They said they would send someone with an "oxidizing" machine (?) I think that's what they called it. But no one ever showed up. My hair and clothes smelled like smoke during my entire visit to Niagara Falls. When I got home I noticed that even my suitcases smelled like smoke. It would have been a wonderful stay except for that. I should have been told when making the reservation that the only vacancy was a smoking room - the staff seemed to not care. It was a big deal to me and my husband.
